credit card

During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.

Google Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. Klarna invoice

When you purchase on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first, and you always have a 14-day payment period. Further information and Klarna's complete terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here: https://online.klarna.com/villkor_de.yaws?eid=18901&charge=0

Instant bank transfer

We also offer Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer). We receive the transfer credit immediately. This speeds up the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, bank sort code, PIN, and TAN. Using Sofort AG's secure payment form, which is inaccessible to merchants, Sofortüberweisung automatically initiates a transfer to your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant's bank account. If you choose Sofortüberweisung as your payment method, a pre-filled form will open at the end of the ordering process. This form already contains our bank details. The form also displays the transfer amount and the intended use. You must now select the country in which you have your online banking account and enter the bank sort code. Then enter the same information you used when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. You will receive confirmation of the transaction immediately afterward. In principle, any internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with a PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that Sofortüberweisung is not yet available at a few banks. For more information on whether your bank supports this service, please visit: https://www.klarna.com/de/sofortueberweisung-ist-jetzt-klarna/

§8 Retention of title

The goods remain the property of pironex technology GmbH until full payment has been made.

§9 Warranty and Guarantee

If delivered items exhibit obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report them immediately. You can do so directly to the transport service employee upon delivery or send us an email to kundenservice@pironex.com . Your statutory rights for all defects in our devices/delivered products that occur during the statutory warranty period of two years are the statutory rights to rectification of the defect or replacement delivery.

§10 Note on liability

We develop and test our devices with great care. However, we cannot accept liability for damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications. Our statutory liability, particularly under the Product Liability Act and in cases of willful intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected.

§ 11 Dispute settlement

The EU Commission has created an online dispute resolution platform. This platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§12 Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 4.1, you will be responsible for the regular costs of return.

In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the cancellation policy apply to the right of cancellation.
