Instant bank transfer

We also offer instant bank transfer. With this method, we receive the transfer credit immediately, speeding up the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN, and TAN. Using the secure payment form of Sofort AG, which is inaccessible to merchants, instant bank transfer automatically initiates a transfer from your online banking account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant's bank account. When you select instant bank transfer as your payment method, a pre-filled form will open at the end of the ordering process. This form already contains our bank details, the transfer amount, and the payment reference. You then need to select the country where your online banking account is located and enter your bank code. Next, enter the same information you use to log in to your online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering your TAN. You will receive immediate confirmation of the transaction. In principle, any internet user can use instant bank transfer as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN authentication. Please note that instant bank transfers are not yet available at a few banks. You can find more information about whether your bank supports this service here: https://www.klarna.com/de/sofortueberweisung-ist-jetzt-klarna/

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
