Technical accessories that require a connection to your sonsor can be easily added via the sonsor app under "Device Settings > Accessories > Add Accessory".
You can trigger a burglar alarm and manually start live mode using the button on the top right of the sonsor housing. This can be very helpful, especially for testing. Alternatively, you can arm the intrusion detection with it. You can find the button configuration in the sonsor app under the intrusion detection settings.
Additionally, the button can be used to reset the sonsor. To do this, press and hold the button for 15 seconds, then press it once briefly to confirm the process.

You can add as many members as you like to your locations in the sonsor app. To do this, go to Device and User Management and add contacts.
Depending on their authorization, these members can access your sonsor's data, be informed about alarms, manage accessories, and make settings.
Yes. The sonsor app allows you to manage any number of locations directly from your smartphone or tablet. However, experience shows that more than 10 locations can quickly become a bit confusing. In this case, we also offer a web portal for managing larger numbers of locations with many extra features. If you are interested in this, please contact us directly!
The battery in the key fob lasts up to one year. Then it must be
replaced with a new coin cell (CR2032). Please open the
fob at the notched corner to change the battery.

The innovative live mode allows you to transmit sensor data from the sensors involved in the indoor monitoring in real time. In the event of a break-in, you thus get direct insight into the interior and see if and what activity is actually taking place there. This gives you ideal insight into the location you are monitoring with the "data camera" without having to rely on a power- or data-intensive "picture camera."

When the intrusion detection system is armed manually, by means of the key function, or by the timer, the sensors involved in the intrusion detection system are first calibrated. It can take up to 2 minutes for the intrusion detection system to be fully activated and your sonsor alarm system to be "armed".
