The key function offers you more control and security when renting:
- You can assign digital keys (e.g. for the cleaning lady) and track whether she has already been on site or is currently in the property.
- You can always see the status of the sensor system – whether it is activated and protecting your property.
- You can see whether guests are on site, thus keeping an overview of the usage.
If a key is lost, simply remove it from the sonsor system for the respective object. This will prevent it from being recognized, and you can add a new key at any time. This keeps your system secure and functional.
For intrusion monitoring, one sensor – possibly supplemented by door contacts for windows or balcony doors – is generally sufficient.
However, for humidity monitoring, we recommend additional sensor devices for multiple rooms to ensure the most accurate possible recording of values in each room.
Evenwithout a key, sonsor can reliably monitor your property. For this, it is only important that yourecord arrivals and departures in the free sonsor app. sonsor then looks after things when there is no active booking. Your guests do not need to doanything elseon site – sonsor automatically recognizes who is present and ensures security. In addition, you still receive information about volume, air quality, and other environmental data on site.
