The integrated sensors evaluate these signals in conjunction and reliably detect when someone is tampering with your boat or yacht. In the event of an incident, you immediately receive a notification on your smartphone. If desired, sonsor signals with flashing lights or an alarm (optional additional siren available) that movement has been detected – a clear deterrent directly at the berth. This way, you always keep an eye on your vessel.

If an alarm is triggered, you can activate Live Mode – the integrated sensor camera – and immediately assess the situation. Like a video stream, you see relevant real-time measurements such as movement on board, noise levels, vibrations, and light changes clearly displayed as a history and current reading. This allows you to determine within seconds whether it's a real danger or just harmless movement in the harbor. All without camera recording – thus fully preserving privacy.

Activation is also fully automatic with a small key fob: when you enter your boat, monitoring is deactivated. When you move away from the boat, the system automatically arms itself. You don't have to operate anything manually – sonsor thinks along with you and reliably protects your boat.
sonsor detects unusual vibrations, such as those that can occur when ropes are forcibly detached or when the jetty is tampered with. You will be informed immediately if something unusual happens on board. Whether in the harbor, at the buoy or in winter storage – sonsor keeps an eye on your boat and reports changes to you early. This way you can intervene before an incident causes greater damage.

With Sonsor, you always know where your boat or yacht is. The GPS integrated into Sonsor, in combination with mobile communication, reliably shows you the current location in the app – ideal in the harbor, at anchor, or in winter storage. If your boat is moved without authorization, untied from the pier, drifts away, or is even stolen, you can locate your vessel. This allows you to react quickly and maintain control even in critical situations.

Install your sensor as centrally as possible on your boat or yacht. This way, movements in the entire space can be detected. Ideal positions are those with an unobstructed view, such as in the entrance area or slightly elevated on the wall or ceiling. It is important that the front sensor surface is not covered.

If the temperature drops critically, you can protect pipes and technology in time. If it rises sharply in extreme sun, you will immediately receive a warning before sensitive electronics, batteries or interior furnishings are damaged. This way, your boat remains optimally protected in any weather conditions.

sonsor continuously monitors the air quality on board and informs you when ventilation is needed or when the indoor air quality significantly deteriorates. The measured values are based on the detection of hydrocarbons and the calculation of a CO₂ equivalent. This ensures fresh air and a healthy climate below deck – especially important with closed hatches or extended stays in the cabin.

sonsor monitors the humidity on board and detects critical changes early. If a hatch is left open and rain enters or residual water collects in the cabin, the humidity quickly rises – sonsor immediately reports this development to you. You will also be informed in good time if the humidity is persistently high, for example due to wet equipment or insufficient ventilation in the harbor. This allows you to react before mold forms, wood swells, or electrical systems and upholstery are damaged.

With the additional function of the sonsor alarm siren, the charge level of your onboard battery can also be monitored on board. The integrated battery monitor is part of the siren and can be individually activated and configured in the accessory settings.
If the battery voltage falls below a defined critical threshold - for example during a long sailing trip or with high consumption on board - you will immediately receive a notification. This allows you to react in good time, reduce consumption or secure the power supply before unexpected failures occur.
